What makes an unlawful claim as I didnt mean to kill her for death - TopicsExpress

What makes an unlawful claim as I didnt mean to kill her for death (non-military etc) during a voluntary civil altercation acceptable? Danger identification is best alerted with an accurate term so as to avoid the resulting harm. A bully is someone that overpowers another human by act of blatant/deceptive force to cause harm and simultaneously inflict their possessive control by any means necessary. Ultimately, such an act is an abuse done to another, but what/who dictates when the limit is reached? Selflessly, Ps. The legal/dictionary definitions of the following 3 acts of killing, murder, and manslaughter all result in death, but ultimately begin with a direct/indirect voluntary act of another. https://facebook/notes/selfless-inc/danger-term-identification-identify-appropriately/750812571642795
