What makes the difference in a person sticking with working out and a person getting side lined? Ernie made me think about this Friday. When he started Tuesday he told me he wouldnt be able to train monday because he had an appointment already. WELL. He told me Friday he got it changed so he COULD TRAIN Monday!! ShaaaaaBAM. That made my day. Lol. I challenge you to get serious. Stick with it. Change your schedule to allow you time to train. You wont be sorry. Just think. You are all ahead of the game. YOU DONT HAVE 200 POUNDS TO LOSE! Start training before you do. No Excuses.
