What makes you an effective writer? Maybe il answer first with a scenario. Someone shouts at you or curse you, your tendency is to shout back louder, curse harder. If somebody praises you, you feel good inside, you stammer, youre out of words. See how powerful words are? Now if you ask me what makes a person an effective writer? You read what they write. At your own pace, at your own timing, at your own pronunciation, at your own interpretation, at your own emotion. Then you tell the person who wrote they are so emotional, they are angry, they are sad, they are happy. When in fact, you are the one who put that emotion in what you are reading. Now that makes them an effective writer because you are affected. Without them even saying a single word. Everybody can write. But not all can effectively write. Right? :-)
