What my job description IS: as a venue business owner, to make sure there is staff (DJs, security, bar staff etc), there is stock, the venue is presentable, that the Licencing objectives are adhered to. To treat all customers and staff equally with no prejudices. And ultimately for it to survive to make sure that it makes money. However the above are done. What my job description is NOT: * To get involved in PERSONAL issues you may have with each other as staff and customers. * To throw people out because you dont like them * To dislike someone because of their political preferences * To act like a referee/go between, between two sets of people who dont like each other Any of the Not section things will just.... Be.... Ignored. I just run the place thats it! Now to clean it after New Years Eve lol anyone wanna grab a broom ;)
