What people are working on…… The development of the Maresfield Parish Neighbourhood Development Plan continues apace. We were lucky enough to be awarded a grant from the Community development Foundation which has allowed us to engage a Planning Consultant to help steer the project through the evidence gathering stage and beyond. The Working Groups for each of our three villages have been working hard and have completed their Stage 1 consultations at this year’s village fetes. The next steps are to get expert assistance to ensure effective community communications, to gather the remaining evidence required to the Plan and to collate and classify all of the feedback from the various consultation exercises. We are also hoping to develop a separate website to cover all aspects relating to the production of the Plan.
