What started out to be a very productive day....ended rather quickly with the rain! But, Zack did manage to get the limbs from Dots yard & got them...well almost all of them (one load is still in the cart in the shed) to the burn pile & made it around the house with the weed eater before the thunder & rain brought him back home! Hers was the last to be mowed......but this slow rain is wonderful for my garden! Potatoes are coming up, carrots, too! Onions looking good, waiting on the corn to peek out & the squash & cucumbers! Next week, Ill plant the tomatoes & peppers & snap beans because I saw a few Dogwood trees blooming! My Granny Frazier always said that when they bloomed there would be no more killing frost...so it was time to plant! I believe her!
