What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee. In God I will praise his word, in God I have put my trust; I will not fear what flesh can do unto me. (Psalm 56:3-4) Chances are, whether you leave your home today or not you will be approached by or facing something scary and I am not just speaking of this due to the fact today is Halloween! You may be anxiously awaiting a call from a Doctor with test results, a banker to hear if youll have to move out of your home you have lived in most of your life, hoping for a passing test grade, receive word that a loved one has passed away, have a friend desperately needing help and advice, a spouse that decides you arent the one he or she wants to be with anymore and the list goes on and on..... Although each of these experiences are frightening and causes us anxiety and sadness, we can still find joy in our day. We just have to do what these verses in Psalms says...Trust in God and in His word and not be afraid! Remember He is by your side, no matter what you are facing. Just like that scary mask on Halloween can be removed so can all our fears if we will only Trust Him! He already knows what you are experiencing and will be with you through it all. Once you truly believe that, your day wont be nearly as scary!!! God Bless You all and I do hope each of you have a GOD day!
