What to bring to make your HOT yoga experience the best: #1 A yoga mat #2 A TOWEL (youll need something to wipe that sweat off!) #3 A water bottle #4 A Ready to work and have fun attitude Remember, theres TWO SECTIONS tomorrow: 7:30am and an 8:30am. The 7:30 is FULL and there are 4 spots remaining in the 8:30 section. Either enroll with your mindbody connect app OR message or call us so we can put you in to reserve your spot. ***IF you are NEW to JET, the COST will be 1 NEW UNWRAPPED TOY that is being given to the South Central Iowa Merry Christmas Toy Drive to help ensure every child has something to unwrap this christmas! *If youre wanting to try an intense strength-based workout while waiting for the second session to start, come to JETSTRONG Suspension Training at 7:30!!!! (This is not on the schedule and spots are limited too). There will still be the normal 8:20am JETSTRONG Suspension Training class too!
