What to do with all those cucumbers.. Here is a recipe for Icebox Pickles. So easy to do and taste great! I mix mine in a gallon pickle jar but any container will do. Icebox Pickles 3 qts cucumbers 2 bell peppers 2 onions 1 1/2 tsp celery seed 3 cups sugar 2 cups vinegar 1/4 c salt Slice & Dice Peppers & Onions. Mix together. Stir 1 1/2 tsp celery seed, 3 cups sugar, 2 cups vinegar, 1/4 cup salt. Mix well until syrup. Pour over cucumbers, peppers & onions. Store in Refrigerator. Enjoy!
