What up squad?!?! Tear that ass up Tuesday in full effect!!! Started off with some combat 45 followed by a sesh in the jungle but without my head phones!!!! I dont know how it happened but I totally spaced and the beats did not make the trip! Well did that atop me from getting it in?! Well honestly it almost did I was like I dont wanna deal with this but I fought the urge haha. Shoulders abd back done for the day! But thats the under lying lesson in this is accountability and fighting all the reasons we have to say no not today cant get it today. Just move people! You wanna get bigger move! You wanna get smaller move!!!! But you know what you cant do? Sit on your ass! Remember you have to look at yourself.in the mirror. No matter what you are the star of your movie right so lets give the audience something to strive for! Be the difference!!!!
