What works for me - staying on plan during prep: 1. I weigh and prepackage all my meals for the next day before I go to bed at night. 2. I set an alarm on my phone that reminds me to eat, I eat every 3 hours, 6 meals a day. 3. If I am going to be away from home, I pack all my food in cooler and bring it with me. 4. If there is a certain food that I tend to over-eat on, I cut it out of my diet (bye bye poptarts) 5. Drink water all.day.long - it will make you feel energized! 6. If I feel like I want to comfort eat, or overeat, I recognize that it is just a feeling. Feelings are like visitors, they come and go. I ride the wave and wait for it to pass. 7. If I slip up, then I immediately forgive myself and move on. No one is perfect 100% of the time!
