What you decide to do per time is as a result of what you think. Thoughts preside decisions. Before you make a decision, you must have thought it through. The quality of information you receive determines to a large extent the quality of your thoughts.That is why successful leaders have the habit of continuous learning which leads to personal growth and self development. John Maxwell once said, "Self-development draws you towards your destiny." Pastor Sam Adeyemi said, "Life is designed for growth and continuous improvement. To experience personal development you must make a choice for growth, because growth is a choice. The point at which you feel that you know it all is the point at which you stop growing. The more you know, the more you should know that you do not know". No wonder former basketball coach, John Wooden once said, "It is what you learn after you know it all that counts." Every great leader always remembers that there is a higher level than where they are. And so they never stop developing themselves. They never stop reading, researching, inquiring and acquiring. They acquire more skills, inquire from other people, research on new ideas and they read wide. To keep growing you must create time to invest in yourself. Keep taking in positive and useful information. You cannot get out of yourself more than you have gotten into yourself. Do not worry yourself on how it will happen, your best is yet to come because God has already deposited the potentials in you. Discover it, uncover it and maximize it. It begins with you.
