What you need to acknowledge is not your flaw but Allahs Might, - TopicsExpress

What you need to acknowledge is not your flaw but Allahs Might, Allahs Capability. You can change the world. You can be a leader. You can make a difference. Just because you’re not smart enough, or talented enough or perfect enough does not mean you do not have a chance. Remember the greatest people? Remember Musa (AS)? Who used to stutter and stammer -yet he was one of the most honored by Allah SWT! He spoke against Fir’aun. He guided an entire nation from their destruction using his speech. This flaw.. this thing that seemed to be a flaw -was not an obstacle for him. And In sha Allah Allah will likewise remove hurdles from your path. You think you’ve got it tough trying to give some dawah to some brothers or sisters gone astray?… Think it’s tough to tell some disbelievers who are blatantly ignorant? Try giving dawah to a man who thinks he’s God. Try standing up to a man who kills people mercilessly -the worst of oppressors. Try standing up to a man who is so misguided that he can’t even stand the idea of being over-thrown and kills all the baby boys! What a psycho. Ego right? You think you got it tough because you’re trying to give dawah to some uncles who are so attached to their culture that their pride makes them ignorant. You think that’s tough? Imagine getting up to a man who has so much ego -who thinks he’s so high that he is the Most Highest, -(!نعوذ بلله) and telling him to step down? On top of that - you have issues with speaking? Forget being afraid, forget being nervous or anxious or shy -forget all that. -You and I can’t even speak. And it’s not your shyness -or your nervousness or your anxiousness. You just can’t speak clearly. You haven’t got that flow. Now add all the other ingredients of standing up to this guy + fear of life, and not just any guy -an oppressor who thinks he’s God -can you even imagine that? And here’s this man. And what did he do? He completed his mission! -Whether it lasted or not matters much less than the fact that Allah honored him. He was worthy of being mentioned in the final Message. In the Miracle. What a status! What an amazing rank to be given! Acknowledged by the Greatest & all of His slaves? Isn’t that amazing? And In sha Allah -if we have good intentions Allah will ease things for us & raise our status to a high degree. And how about our prophet? The messenger sent to us? our guide? Your leader?! He is an example set for us all. Allah -the Most Wise, with His immense wisdom chose for you an unlettered man! He guided you with someone who did not know how to read! He sent to you what was back then -a general man. Even in that is guidance for you! Remember he (peace be upon him) is a mercy to mankind? How is he a mercy? Because he is an example! Because in all of his actions and behavior and thoughts he was guidance for all of mankind. Can you not see the sign in him? The clear message in that?! Or are you blind to that wisdom. Isn’t it so beautiful that Allah raised the status of a man that people thought was general. Yes, they called him Al-Alim but that was because of his nature. Otherwise he was just another man. Just another man. He wasn’t rich. He wasn’t a king or someone from any royal lineage. He was just another man for them. So when he began saying “Follow me, this is the truth, this is my message, listen to my message” do you remember what they called him? Mad! They called him mad. To them -this unlettered orphan was a mad-man. But did that mean he gave up?! No! Just like the messengers before him. Remember in the Qur’an when Allah tells us what they (the people) used to say to the prophets “They said, “You are not but human beings like us, and the Most Merciful has not revealed a thing. You are only telling lies.” -[36:15]. It was difficult for the people to accept that they (the messengers) were chosen. Similarly -you will get ‘haters’. People who are on your case -sneaking around to pick on your flaws. But don’t let your flaws or their words stop you. Our Prophets are examples. Muhammad peace be upon him was unlettered. A man who was an orphan and could neither read nor write. His brother (Musa, AS) would stutter whenever he spoke, and their brothers were accused for being better than the general people. In that there are signs for those who ponder. None of them (AS)’s gave up & all of them (AS)’s turned for the Aid of Allah SWT It was by Allah! It was by Allah that these amazing people changed the world. This is the wisdom, that when you intend for something you ask the One who aided them! You tell Him, the Most High, the Capable: Ya Rabb! I need Your Aid! Your Mercy! For I am nothing without You. We are nothing without You! And trust Him to answer. He does answer. The stories that are told in the Qur’an are there so that we may reflect on them. Allah did not mention these to us so we could simply recite rap-speed such amazing stories. Allah says: “There is, indeed, in their stories lessons for people endowed with understanding. It is not any invented tale, but a confirmation of what went before it, and a detailed exposition of all things, and a guide and a mercy to the people who believe.” (12:111) These are reminders. They’re there to remind those who believe and are prepared to reflect & implement it in their lives. Remember what Musa (AS) made a dua! He made his good intentions, he seeked help in it and we was answered by the One who Answers. Al-Mujib, As-Samad! Ask & expect an answer. Can you not see the message that is conveyed by the very existence of these honourable, and best of men? Allah makes it clear to you that you are capable. What you need to acknowledge is not your flaw but Allah’s Might, Allah’s Capability. Truly He, the most Generous, is able to do all things. #Reflect #You_are_capable #Allah_knows_best #Allahs_aid #What_seems_like_flaws_will_In_sha_Allah_be_your_strength! [Big B]
