What you think would be more beneficial to a natural trainee. Hitting their muscles TWICE a week?? with a upper/lower or push/pull/leg split. Or Hitting their muscles just ONCE a week?? with a chest day, arm day, leg day, back day, shoulders day, penis day. ?????? Think about it, What do you think the muscles would respond to more??? Hitting your muscles 52x a year OR 104x a year???? Again, outside of steroid use and those lucky genetic freaks. Single body part workouts are whack for the majority of people trying to get HENCH. Also with single body part workouts, the main goals is always just to simply blast the shit out of your muscles, get dat biggest pump possible bro, with way to much high volume = more risk of injury. They also never have any structure, changed way to frequently and disregard the biggest factor in which your muscles need to grow, progression overload. If you really want to get the best out of your workouts and muscle growth, i highly recommend switching to a more beneficial workout plan, and a workout plan thats hitting muscles groups more frequently is the way to go IMO and most professionals opinion.
