Whatever happened on the punishments for the Libor Rate? It seems that some of the banks got a slap on the wrist, and our Treasury Secty claimed that he had sent a note around to the offending banks....and then wiped his hands of it. Without enforcement, the banks do whatever they feel like doing and according to sources, they are back to the same tricks that led to 2008....And, we, the people, were blamed by the same folks with their hands out, for spending too much money!...
