Whats YOUR footprint? STOP the madness! Life is all about making CHOICES. Despite all of the research that is readily available to us, we humans continue to leave such a DAMAGING footprint on the Earth. When will this madness stop? What will it take for us to stop being so wasteful? Bribery? Punishment? Its not about us or our children, but their children and future generations. My family and I have taken a pledge to recycle, reduce, and repurpose any and everything that we can. Today, I will take a photo of all of the recyclable trash that would have senselessly ended up in a landfill or ocean. I remember watching a 30 Days TV show episode about the average household in America and its propensity to fill an entire dumpster of recyclable trash in 1 month. Thats 12 dumpsters a year x ALL households in the US! Its shocking right? Its time for us to wake up. Its not just for the tree huggers or Californians! We all need to start little by little: IE water bottles, pop cans/bottles, newspapers, glass jars, lunch meat containers, plastic shopping bags, ETC. Repurpose all of the things that you can and recycle the rest. If you need help finding local places to take your recyclable items, Google them! This is our duty to our planet. I thank you for your time. Mother Earth thanks you too
