Whats going on in the mall? I visited it twice this week and both times I was disgusted at the poor quality of merchandise and the lack of assistance in the store. Several stores were understaffed leaving no one to help you find something and only one clueless person at the register. Several of the stores had plenty of workers but they were all standing around talking to each other completely ignoring the customers. In Justice there were 5 employees standing in the front of the store having a very loud pow wow about how awful the store policies and management are. I couldnt even get their attention to ask a question. In Brookstone I asked if they had any docking stations. The young woman looked at me and said whats that? Really? Luckily I did find 3 stores where the young sales people were helpful, knowledgeable and polite. I spent my money there. Ive never had such a poor experience in the mall in times past. Im kind of worried about this generation of young people and their customer service skills. Has anyone had similar experiences?
