Whats happening to Indian advts!!! There is a shampoo advt from a global FMCG company (that I admire a lot) that tells you that 1. Enjoying TV series is effeminate 2. If you use your wifes shampoo you are a lesser man. An Indian company which has always has very cutting edge advts tells us that Independent women would agree to get married just to wear their jewellery. I understand in this cut- throat world its important to sell bit dont these companies have a moral right to say the right thing and not project cliche that we are already fighting. I hope the concerned companies do the right thing and change their advts.
