Whats on my mind? Went to my first union meeting and I must say , really, a job is a job. Hardly anyone showed up, and we complain about all thats wrong,you serious fact is our benifits our position at the County and most of all, we talk about, our Residents we wouldnt be there if it wasnt for them. Now there is a problem that is more serious. The tax payers are not supporting us at this point and wants us closed, to know what was on the table should of been there,those who had days off or leaving @ 3 well whats on the table is not getting paid for our 15 minutes brakes and working a 35 hour a week our overtime will start after 40 hours are worked. Now what do we do to keep Albany County Nursing Home alive. We do whats right, be at the next meeting and stand as a team.
