Whats sad is, based on my reading of testimony and forensic evidence including the officers statements, there was no need to tank the jury in this manner. It disturbs me that this was done. And by the prosecution, it does tend to lend credibility to those who think the fix was in and the outcome was preordained. And thats bad. Really bad. How do you say the decision not to indict Ofc. Wilson was right, just, and valid after learning that the jurors were handled and misled in such a nefarious way? You cant. Although I believe everything supports Wilsons action, I cant say that about the District Attorneys. Some might say this is incompetency, or stupidity or bureaucratic ignorance, but I say, when I find things like this occurring it is usually an intentional corruption or nefarious act disguised as a mistake. There is no better example of this than the whole record of the BHO Administration. And this shall fuel more violence and mistrust and racebaiters. Totally unnecessary. Totally wrong.
