Whats the BEST EXERCISE? The one you will do. If you dont exercise at all, go for a walk, run around the block, do some push ups or crunches. If your knees hurt too much to walk or run, go to the pool. If you cant swim, walk in the pool. Its great exercise, and you dont work up a sweat. Cant do push ups? Try kneeling when you do your push ups. WHATS THE BEST TIME TO EXERCISE? When you will do it. If you are a morning person, get up earlier. If you arent a morning person, its probably best change as soon as you get home from work/school and do it IMMEDIATELY before life gives you excuses. WHATS THE BEST WAY TO SUCCEED? Keep a log. Write down your exercise in a note book or keep track on your smart phone. We use runkeeper and MyFitnessPal. Its YOUR HEALTH. No one can care about you more than you. When it comes to your health, exercise is the best prevention. Prevention is always CHEAPER, EASIER, SAFER AND MORE FUN THAN TREATMENT!
