Whats there to do after having a busy day and taken a long nap!!! I woke up @11pm with no where to go and nothing to do. Instead of just sitting in the couch to watch TV I decided to get a little shoulder workout since I only work on them once every two weeks. This is one of my favorite front delts routine...I prefer holding my chest so I can constantly remind myself about not involving my chest by isolating my front delt only.
