Whats up peeps! I am still looking for 2 new house mates starting Feb 1st. Here are a few details, message me for the rest :) The house is located in the Bayview in SF. One block away from the T-Line or a short drive to 4th and King St. Both rooms are at the 1st level of a two story house, one room is 10x12($800) and the other is slightly smaller ($750), this includes utilities! There is a full kitchen and bath and living/dining space, there is direct access to the backyard (which is huge), we have a washer (no dryer, but we have a clothes line) we have some garden space and a fire pit. Move in deposit of $1000 for each room. Sorry, no pets. Both are available starting Feb 1st!
