What’s wrong in 9-5 when Raman Goyal said that He will ask his soldier to kill the enemies? Raman has the right to kill the enemies in the battle field but according to Raman though the unbelievers waged war Muslim had no right to kill the unbelievers the only reason he gives in that verse the word enemy is not there the word used is Mushriks According to Raman Mulsims should not have killed the Mushriks though they attacked Muslims 9:13] Would you not fight a people who broke their oaths and determined to expel the Messenger, and they had begun [the attack upon] you the first time? Do you fear them? But Allah has more right that you should fear Him, if you are [truly] believers.
