When I checked in last night for my flight to Seattle, they were offering upgrades to First Class for $50. I thought its my vacation - go for it! At the airport I got to bypass the very long check in line. My bag was 2 pounds under the limit (miracle - and its a good thing they didnt weigh my knapsack!!). And they were able to check it all the way through to Bangkok. Then I got to go through the very short First Class security line. There was very long lines for the X-ray but the TSA Agent asked if I wanted to go through the Pre-check line. No one there, didnt have to take my shoes off or my laptop out. If Id known I also wouldnt have to take my belt off, I wouldnt have packed it - and my pants wouldnt keep falling down ;-) . So far the adventure is starting off on a positive note - after being up all night packing - got home at 10 pm from back to back trips. Give me a drink and Ill be out!
