When I first started grocery shopping for only organic food about 4-5 years ago the selection was slim. Id say cmon: NO organic pickles?? No organic hot sauce? No organic sweet potatoes?! Slowly all the organic products I wanted trickled in. NOW, my grocer carries such a vast array of non-gmo and organic food. This makes me SO unbelievably happy! And the more people shop for high quality pesticide-free food, the more that farmers and companies will produce food to fill these demands. One day not so far off, I bet there will be more organic food options than non-organic - how cool would that be?!
