When I found it works 2 years ago, we were BROKE! I was a teacher and Jeff was capped out in his position in retail. On paper we LOOKED like we had money, but after expenses from childcare, mortgage, constant home improvements, and Emmas continuous sicknesses we were living paycheck to paycheck! The Wednesday to Friday before pay days were the WORST! Limited income created limited food in the cupboards. Jeff created crazy hodgepodge meals that were either a hit, or terrible and ended up in the trash. Back then we had no idea what was wrong with emma. Her food issues, constant screaming, no sleeping, constant sickness. We were broke financially, physically and emotionally. I started it works for $300-$500 extra a month. To give us some breathing room. I look back now at how small of a goal that was, but I was able to go from a $500/mo check average to $6,000/mo check within 90 days of putting EVERYTHING I had in to my business. No excuses could hold me back from changing my situation. I was EXHAUSTED but I KNEW the only way something would change, was if I did something about it! I recorded my story, as a reminder to me where I started. I never want to forget where I came from, as we all start with a dream in our heart-the only thing keeping you from achieving your dreams is ACTION.
