When I go back to bead a piece that has been set aside for a day, week, or weeks, I often get a mental flash of the specific audio program I had been listening to when a piece was last worked on. Ted Talks, radio programs on diverse topics, and interviews with interesting folks are all waiting for me to revisit in my mind when starting to bead on a sculpture where I last left off. What if the thoughts that go through my head are part of the creative charge of energy that flows into a piece? I understand that something about the beading process triggers each memory, but what if there is more to it than that..?
