When I joined Charter Fitness in the middle of Sep my goal was to lose between 40-50 lbs 40 is the minimal & since then I lost 20 lbs Im halfway 2 my goal but I wont be satisfied until I reached my goal but with hard work & my Commitment To Excellence Ill reach my goal. I want to thank my personal trainer Bryson McKenzie for training and helping me reach my goal. For those who stay in da Miller & Portage area that want to lose weight or to stay in shape come on to Charter Fitness on Ridge Road in Hobart. Im more focus & locked in like a lion locked in on its prey, when Im in da gym (Im Bout That Bizzness). 2015 The King of Kings return back to the throne.......lol!
