When I posted my new ebook covers yesterday, many people said how much they loved the original ones. I love them too, not least because the original designs for all four covers were created here at my house. Unfortunately the final covers belong to my previous publisher and I dont have the right to use them. But also, those covers are now 17 years old, and once book browsers have seen a cover a number of times without buying the book, theyre unlikely to ever pick it up. Thats why publishers do new covers for a lot of bestselling books – because it attracts a lot of new readers. I hope this is the case with my Three Worlds books – I need to buy some more bread and dripping.
