When I said nothing was going to get in the way of my fitness goals and working out 6 days a week, I forgot (or refused to acknowledge) my old buddy sciatica that likes to plague my backside from time to time. Well, Im not going to look at this as an, Oh well, I tried and my body wont cooperate moment and throw in the towel, Im going to adapt. Ill adjust my caloric intake, find the few exercises that dont happen to engage the hips, and work on getting this fixed ASAP through chiropractic and massage so I can get back on it. #itsjustahurdle #notgoingtostopme
