When I saw the movie the second time in the DVD, both Ajay Devgn - TopicsExpress

When I saw the movie the second time in the DVD, both Ajay Devgn and Vivek Oberoi were talking about this scene in an animated way in the Extras section as to how the shot had to be retaken many times because both of them would get distracted by the charm of Mohanlal in the way in which he toys with the paper weight so naturally while doing the scene. The scene, where Sreenivasan (Mohanlal) meets Malik (Ajay Devgn) the first time along with Chandu (Vivek Oberoi) and the way in which he does the interrogation, especially the measured way in which he says mein ne aap se poocha kya in the southie accent or kyun to Chandu on why he saved Maliks life. A very subtle and understated acting by one of the greatest actors of Indian cinema whose talent is sadly not exploited or showcased across the country well enough. Here is another favourite scene of mine from the movie Company (2002) by Ram Gopal Verma. Kishore youtu.be/Fg2FLBU-gfM
