When I see videos like this where it is obvious that so much time was put into perfecting their crafts, it confirms my rants regarding the commitment and dedication that groups, singers, want-to-be artists and stars lack. You have to want it so bad that you are dedicated to perfecting your craft. Often times, what I have experienced is groups and individuals that show up late, never warm up, are not organized, rehearse without an agenda or direction, and then want to get on somebodys stage and KILL IT. Most of my dance groups knew I didnt play when it came to unison, perfected moves, crisp performance and loyalty to each other. This does not apply only to dancers. It should be so with any talent in the industry.
