When I started this health and fitness kick, I was seventeen and a half stone and it took me over fifty minutes to cover 5k, because Id spent the previous six months only getting out of bed for about six hours a day, eating shit and drinking like my life depended on it. I am now just over fifteen stone, my bodyfat percentage is right down and I ran 5k today in 33 minutes. Still a long, long way to go, but pretty pleased so far.
