When I talk to my prospective business partners, I hear so much ambition, promise, and passion. While these are important, I stress to my prospects that their target markets needs are also critically important. Understanding what their needs, goals, and desires are is required in order to help them develop a success plan that works for them. It should never be a reflection of you. It should always be a reflection of the best that they want to produce. Understanding the fundamentals of the business that you are in will allow you to reflect yourself in a way that appropriately inspires your target market and allows you to deliver a truly innovative service or product.
