When I took my silver Suburban in recently to get serviced, they - TopicsExpress

When I took my silver Suburban in recently to get serviced, they offered me a great trade-in for my three-year old one, which was one of the bottom-of-the-line versions (an LT). In the past, Ive always put 100,000 miles on one and then given it to the Aircraft Department which took about ten years at the rate I drive. Ive never been into cars and rarely spend money on anything nice for myself except airplane stuff. My first car was an MGB when I went off to college and my second an El Camino, which was great when I was building my aerobatic airplanes. And while I did splurge for a few years with a 1969 Jaguar XKE, I didnt really fit in it and it was a pain to maintain, so traded it to my sister for her Piper L-4. The car is now worth far more than the airplane, which is the story of my life! Im now currently on my fourth Suburban but am thinking of upgrading to my fifth with all the bells and whistles. On the way home yesterday, I stopped in to drive one of the new 2015 LTZ models, which was pretty nice, although I had a hard time trying to get the on-board navigation girl to help me. Im not sure if it was the fact that I wasnt familiar with the technology, or the fact that women just generally dont listen to me... although she had every opportunity to tell me where to go! :-) Im wondering if I should really live up to the Fantasy of Flight creed and Push my Boundaries? What do you think?
