When I was a little girl, I once dropped my favorite teddy bear off of a bridge, down into a river. I remember hanging over the rail, thinking I needed to jump to save him. But my dad acted fast, running to the bank to fish my floating bear from the water. Everyone there clapped and cheered as he brought Teddy back to me. And I still I remember that exact moment as he walked toward me with that dripping wet bear,, he was my hero,, the savior of my favorite toy. My daddy. Love & miss you, Old Goat.
