When I was pregnant-I started prenatal yoga at about 15 weeks with both of my pregnancies. Prenatal yoga is a GREAT way to get a little exercise while pregnant, ease tension, practice calming and also a quiet time to connect with your baby. You can start prenatal yoga at anytime-and keep going until you have your baby-I went the week that Emma was born! Here is an article I found on the benefits of prenatal yoga. There are many yoga studios and gyms offering this today-so check out places in your area. Anyone out there do prenatal yoga or teach it? What are your thoughts?
