When Jesus is telling us to love one another, he isn’t talking about having affection for one another although we may have that. He isn’t talking about being in love with one another although we may, be in that He isn’t even talking about having a true and deep friendship with eachother although we may be lucky enough to have one of those. He is talking about a love that transcends all other loves, a love that is ready to give of itself totally, without expecting or receiving anything in return. It is ready to give and risk of its own life, if needed that love my brothers and sisters is agape love. Godly love. that is what we are called to, as followers of Jesus. “Love one another, as I have loved you ....MY POINT: I love you more than you love me.....and you cant do a thing about it!!!!!
