When Jesus walked this earth, He brought heaven with Him. Heaven - TopicsExpress

When Jesus walked this earth, He brought heaven with Him. Heaven comes in His presence. When you were born again, you received not only Christ into your heart, but also the Kingdom of heaven. Because Christ is King of His Kingdom, within His people is the very nature of the Kingdom. Jesus is the life of heaven – the manifestation of His glory that shines within for it is “Christ in you the hope of glory” (Col. 1:27). This is why Jesus said, ”Behold, the Kingdom of God is within you” (Luke 17:21). Jesus is the light of the world who commissioned His people to let their light shine. The glorious light of heaven that reveals His glory is to shine in you! This is the passion of Jesus who instructed His disciples to pray for, “Thy Kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven.” Wherever Jesus rules as King, you will find the nature of His Kingdom. The power, peace, and freedom of heaven is our inheritance IN Christ for we are partakers of His divine nature (2 Peter 1:4). We are created in His image to manifest the glory and nature of heaven itself. Everyplace the light of God shines is your domain to rule with dominion as a good steward of His Kingdom. Everyplace where His light shines, life will spring forth. This light comes from the place of intimacy where we are filled with His living presence. Thus, our main call is intimacy with God who seeks for a “heart to heart” relationship. It is truly a matter of the heart that we may be one. It is from the place of His living presence as we abide in Him, that we live, move and have our being (Acts 17:28). It is from the place of His presence that we do life. Jesus established life’s priority when He said, “Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness…” As we place our affections on things above, the person of Christ is revealed to us (Col 3:1). Because the truth is found in the person of Jesus – the life that is in His truth is our inheritance. This is how the nature of the Kingdom is cultivated within us. Jesus said the words He speaks, they are spirit and they are life (Jon 6:63). As we hear the truth, His truth makes us free. As we see a glimpse of His nature, the eternal life that is the nature of Christ is imparted to us. His life has the power to transform our inner man to be as He is- full of life, light, grace and truth.
