When a kid asked TOONI about HOW HE PROPOSED to RETHA ... TOONI replied: It was a long time back. This was during the VALENTINES DAY. I was at CAPE-TOWN at that time. We were just having a conversation and I tried to put it in words that I LIKE HER but it never really went forward that way. So my proposal was instead of saying I LOVE YOU, I said WILL YOU MARRY ME.
