The Metro MLS (Multiple Listing Service) of Southeast WI connects over 6,000 area realtors with the most detailed and up-to-date real property information available. The ultimate goal is to encourage brokers around the area to share property information and collaborate together to organize a sale. This is beneficial for the both the buyer and the seller as one can imagine. Property information on the MLS is extensive and can contain hundreds of fields of information about the features of a property. Tax information and statistical reports are also available.
