When a stick becomes a powerful staff of strength, rather than a crutch of weakness. This is what we should not do as we age. THE VALUE OF AGE AGE doesnt make you moody and sad, only you do it when you fail to let go and hold onto past regrets that lead you into a RAGE. AGE doesnt mean you will necessarily be smarter or wiser, only you have the potential to learn and apply lifes knowledge and lessons and become a SAGE. AGE doesnt always mean you will get a pay increase, in fact the opposite happens most of the time if you let it and only you can think out of the box and turn situations into opportunities to earn a higher WAGE. AGE doesnt dampen your potential for being great or doing great things, only you can release yourself from that CAGE. AGE as a leader doesnt mean you have to be the great all mighty, have all the answers, do everything better than people under you, but it can be used to turn your followers into great leaders and that is where you become the MAGE.
