When an infant dies, the coroner must choose from among 130 - TopicsExpress

When an infant dies, the coroner must choose from among 130 categories to establish cause of death. These categories, sanctioned by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), are published in the International Classification of Diseases (ICD).
