When emotions over rule you, there is a chance you will do anything wrong vice versa when you over rule emotions totally there is a chance to do again wrong things. By saying wrong things i mean that a thought or action which is harmful to others. Therefore the best way is do an alignment of your thoughts with your emotions. There the verification must be go on before you put it in your action then the result will be satisfactory for your mind and acceptable by others....
