When life gets hard, I resort to staying with what I can do there is progress, opportunity and momentum in that space, it maybe slow but its there. The list of what you cant do is so big in these times, it can become paralyzing. Small action, seeing a few steps, and setting forth in that direction is key to movement.....soon the situation picks up and you are on your way. Looking at the difficult time as a reminder of growth, often uncomfortable and uncertain. However often an opportunity to see things in a new light or develop a skill that was a weakness is apart of the difficulties presents in your life. Life cant always be disco on roller blades! I love those groovy times!
