When my contract with Kier terminated, they asked me what I would - TopicsExpress

When my contract with Kier terminated, they asked me what I would need from them, as if they got to keep anything I didnt specifically ask for. I told Kier that I wanted everything that had to do with the day-to-day operation, management and maintenance of my building, including all banking materials associated with the accounts they opened in my name, without my permission. They didnt give me any of it. After a second and third request, Kier informed me that there were no actual checks in existence, because they were computer generated. They also told me that there were no deposit slip books, because they were shredded annually. When I asked for the deposit slip books for the current year, they never responded to me. Days later, a Kier employee inadvertently turned over every single deposit slip book ever printed for the accounts during their 4-year existence, including the carbon copies of the used deposit slips. They had not been shredded at all. To prevent any further unauthorized account access, I asked Wells Fargo Bank to close the existing accounts and open replacements, but they refused because they did not have a signature card on file for me, and none of the federally required supporting documentation for the original accounts, was on file with the bank. (i. e. Proof of a DBA filing or Business Name Registration with the state). Obviously, you can not open DBA business accounts without the proper documentation, so I contacted Kier to get it. When I asked them for the DBA documents, they responded, stating that they had not filed a DBA. I know that Wells Fargo absolutely requires proof of a DBA filing, because the same branch where Kier opened the accounts, refused to open the same accounts for me without it. After 4-years of lying to two government agencies about how the accounts were opened, claiming that the had my signature and driver’s license on file, Wells Fargo agreed to turn over copies of the account creation documents they had on file. None of the account documents had my signature on them, because I never signed any. I still have the originals of the documents Wells Fargo has on file, and they are still unsigned by me. The account documents also bare phony identifying information about me. Wells Fargo opened the accounts for Kier Management on December 8, 2005, more than a month after I had left the state. None of the account creation documents bare my signature, and a phony drivers license number and birthdate were used for me. Kier Management also failed to provide proof of a DBA filing at account creation, which is required by federal law, yet Wells Fargo didnt find any of that suspicious and never even bothered to validate the information they had been given, before opening the accounts for Kier.
