When observing & recording someone experiencing a seizure, remember to document: - What the beginning of the seizure looked like (some people may experience nausea, tingling etc) - What the seizure itself looked like - The duration - How did the person appear after the seizure (were they confused? drowsy? agitated?) This is just a brief guide on what to document during a seizure.
