When our founder, John Gomez, started this company he envisioned implementing a loyalty program. He wanted to give his employees a reason to stay forever. In addition to all the field trips and daily perks, GTA hosted their second “Appreciation Ceremony.” As a “thank you for your loyalty” John rewarded Jeremiah Lowe a bonus of $10,000. In addition, he is sending him and his beautiful, loving and supportive wife, Sarah, on a trip to Paris. Most would think that one of these gifts would suffice but that just shows the heart of our caring leader. He always goes above and beyond to put his employees first. He wanted Sarah to know that not only does he appreciate the hard work and dedication from Jeremiah, but the love and support from her as well. As you can see from our previous posts, GTA knows how to have fun. As you know from our reputation, GTA is successful at obtaining great results. Working for John and Gomez Trial Attorneys feels more like a family than a firm. We are all very lucky to have such a wonderful team and fearless leader. Thank you Jeremiah for your years of commitment and perseverance. And a special thank you to John Gomez for being an incredible, giving and gracious leader.
