When people say they will do something and then dont, I try not to take it personal. Its hard sometimes tho especially when its someone that you actually know personally. And the fact that you are genuinely trying to help that person makes it that much harder not to get invested emotionally. One thing about me tho is Im extremely patient and I understand people for the most part so I dont trip. Sometimes you just have to acknowledge the moment tho. But now...back to your regularly scheduled program
